The role’s primary objective is to lead and coach a team of Premier Relationship Managers to meet team & individual sales targets by capitalizing on new business, acquisition, and referral opportunities, as well as strengthening existing customer relationships across various segments.
- Lead and coach the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets while also meeting own sales targets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Implement lead generation initiatives and ensure the sales team effectively converts leads into profitable customers.
- Create a positive and supportive sales culture by recognizing achievements, providing ongoing motivation and facilitating individual development plans.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Premier banking
- Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products (i.e. Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance etc)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team building skills to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Prior experience in management or mentoring would be an advantage.
