Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their Corporate Services operations across the region from their Singapore office. This executive-level role will oversee key corporate functions including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, and Office Administration, ensuring strategic alignment with regional and global objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing multidisciplinary corporate services within a complex, fast-paced environment. You will provide strategic direction and operational leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and driving continuous improvement across all service lines. Excellent leadership and communication skills are vital, as is the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all corporate services functions within the region.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives across departments.
  • Drive talent management strategies in collaboration with HR to attract, retain and develop top talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior regional leadership, offering guidance on corporate risk, legal matters and governance.
  • Ensure efficient procurement processes and vendor management practices.
  • Oversee workplace services, facilities management and health and safety compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field; Postgraduate qualification or MBA highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ progressive leadership experience in corporate services or similar roles in a regional or global context.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, organisational development, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, legal frameworks, financial management and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams remotely and in-person.
  • Experience working in or with Singapore and other Asia-Pacific jurisdictions is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
