Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing and Communications to lead their strategic marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. Based in Singapore, this leadership role will set the direction for multi-channel marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and brand positioning across regional and international markets.
The successful candidate will spearhead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy that supports overall business goals and elevates brand presence. You will manage a high-performing team, mentor talent, and collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also requires strong adaptability to evolving market trends and the ability to leverage digital channels effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to support business growth and brand recognition.
- Oversee media relations, public affairs, corporate publications and internal communications.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media presence.
- Manage branding projects, from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and strategies for market positioning.
- Set and measure KPIs for all marketing campaigns and activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
- Support crisis communication and reputation management as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and strategic communications on a regional or global scale.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of the local Singapore market as well as international markets is a plus.
