Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead - Talent Acquisition to join their team based in Singapore. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment function, designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire the best talent. You will work closely with senior management and department heads to understand workforce needs, align recruitment plans, and support business growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and engaging leader with a proven record in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and strategic workforce planning. You will play a key role in driving excellence in hiring processes and ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance targets and maintain best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging social media, employee referrals, and talent networks.
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience to attract top talent.
  • Establish recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage change, and drive results.
  • Deep knowledge of local employment laws and recruitment standards in Singapore.
