The role is responsible for the acquisition and activation of mortgage loan business for the Bank, primarily targeting individual customers with needs on their residential and commercial mortgage loans. Additionally, promote customers to Premium banking segment for optimized offerings with better value.
- Build relationships with external partners (e.g. property agents, brokers) to drive mortgage referrals and loans under individual names.
- Independently manage tasks in new environment (eg: show flats and events).
- Engage both affluent and mass market clients through various internal channels (eg: marketing campaigns, networking events, online inbound enquiries, branch walk in & referrals).
- Manage end-to-end mortgage application process up to loan offer and acceptance.
- Comfortable and willing to perform off-office hours and weekend activities when required (eg: networking events, campaigns and show flats)
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product differentiation and positioning
- Handle loan enquiries
Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in Banking Sales, preferably in Mortgage
- Proven sales record
- Knowledge in Real Estate Market
- Well-established network within the mortgage and property market is a plus
