We are seeking a Cyber Security Onboarding Lead – Asia to join our client's dynamic team in Singapore within the Product Solutions group, Securities Services. This role focuses on the Data Mesh platform and offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in data governance, business analysis, and onboarding processes within a financial services environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end onboarding of data producers and consumers to the Data Mesh platform.
- Ensuring governance standards are met and maintained for each tenant space.
- Performing analysis and documentation of business requirements, process maps, and operating models.
- Managing platform documentation, including data dictionaries and business procedures.
- Collaborating with IT and architecture teams to support robust and scalable onboarding solutions.
- Contributing to platform roadmap planning and risk/issue management related to onboarding activities.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in business or data analysis within complex programmes.
- Experience in enforcing data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Familiarity with visualisation and modelling tools such as Visio.
- Understanding of asset management, custody, or fund services operations.
- Knowledge of Python and Google Cloud tools is an advantage.
The role also requires keen attention to operational and compliance risks, with a responsibility to act in line with internal controls and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across global locations.
