Core Engineering, SDLC – Developer Collaboration Software Engineer

Join our client's dynamic core engineering team focused on Developer Collaboration within the SDLC organisation. This team supports thousands of engineers by building and managing the systems that power collaboration tools, supporting scalable and secure code development and release pipelines, and enhancing developer productivity at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and automate infrastructure and deployment processes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Own the implementation and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Design and manage observability tools to ensure application performance and availability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure around Jira and Confluence, including custom integrations with external systems.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and drive engineering solutions.
• Implement compliance and security controls across collaboration systems and environments.
• Triage and resolve production issues efficiently, performing post-mortem analysis and long-term resolution planning.
• Stay current with emerging DevOps technologies and advocate for enhanced system reliability, security, and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years (Associate) or 8+ years (VP) of experience in software development or DevOps roles.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI, or Bitbucket.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Strong programming proficiency in at least one of: Golang, Java, Python, C, or C++.
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles and system design.
• Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of SRE practices for managing scalable and reliable systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
