We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and enhance our human resources processes and procedures. Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR data management. The HR Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery across the organisation.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, optimising HR systems, and supporting the organisation’s workforce planning initiatives. This role requires strong analytical abilities, a hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills to manage HR operations effectively and support a positive employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding processes
  • Ensure adherence to local employment legislation and HR best practises
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems and databases for accurate employee data management
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee handbooks
  • Coordinate annual performance reviews and probation assessments
  • Assist in HR reporting, analytics, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support talent management and organisational development initiatives
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and improve the employee experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR operations or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll software
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for HR data analysis
