Role Overview
We are seeking a senior leader with deep experience in the telecommunications and data center industry to manage government relationships in Singapore and to build and extend industry influence locally and globally. This role will act as a strategic bridge between the company, regulators, policymakers, and global industry stakeholders, supporting long-term growth, compliance, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Government & Regulatory Affairs (Singapore)

Lead and manage relationships with Singapore government bodies, regulators, and statutory boards (e.g., IMDA and related agencies).

Monitor, analyze, and influence regulatory and policy developments impacting telecommunications, data centers, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

Represent the company in discussions with policymakers on licensing, spectrum, data sovereignty, sustainability, and infrastructure development.

Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory risks, compliance, and public policy trends.
Industry Engagement & Influence

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, partners, and key stakeholders in Singapore and globally.

Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and international platforms, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership.

Drive collaboration with ecosystem partners across telecom, cloud, data center, and digital infrastructure sectors.

Support market entry, expansion, and partnership initiatives through industry advocacy and stakeholder alignment.
Strategic Advisory & Leadership

Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on government and industry matters.

Contribute to corporate strategy, particularly where public policy, regulation, or cross-border considerations are involved.

Coordinate internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, commercial, operations) to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
Key Requirements

Experienced in the telecommunications, data center, or digital infrastructure sector.

Proven track record managing government and regulatory relationships in Singapore.

Strong understanding of telecom regulations, data center policy, and digital infrastructure frameworks.

Established network across government, regulators, and industry leaders in Singapore; global exposure is a strong advantage.

Experience representing organizations at regional or international industry platforms.

Strategic mindset with the ability to operate at both executive and policy levels.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
