Responsibilities
- The Technical Support (Pre-Sales) role is responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to the sales team while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
Pre-Sales & Technical Support
- Provide technical consultation, system design, and solution recommendations to support sales and strategic account managers for SEA projects.
- Support pre-sales activities including site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, system demonstrations, and solution workshops.
Quotation & Configuration Review
- Ensure accuracy of system configurations and quotations for projects within the SEA region.
- Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical input and support for project terms and conditions as required.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Deliver technical training to the SEA sales and technical teams.
- Participate in internal training programs to continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.
After-Sales & Project Support
- Provide after-sales technical support to project managers and engineers as required during project implementation.
- Assist with troubleshooting and technical issue resolution when needed.
On-Site Client Training & Service Delivery
- Prepare customer training materials and conduct professional on-site client training sessions.
- Ensure service delivery meets company standards, policies, and quality requirements.
- Deliver prompt and efficient responses to service requests within the assigned region.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in security systems, electronic systems, or small-scale electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Basic IT knowledge, including security hardware, networking, and databases.
- Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems is an advantage.
- Experience in a technical pre-sales role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
