Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and departmental revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities to support business growth.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and preliminary system designs.
- Provide innovative ideas and strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance and market visibility.
- Strengthen brand recognition through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and associate companies.
- Maintain a solid understanding of security systems and concepts to provide effective client consultation.
- Participate in project coordination, site meetings, and client discussions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in solution-based or project sales, preferably within security-related fields or multinational organizations.
- Experience in IT solutions or Audio-Visual systems sales will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to work.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
