AI Consultant

Responsibilities

1. AI Use Case & Domain Expertise

• Act as the subject matter expert for AI applications within data center environments.
• Identify, design, and define high-value AI use cases aligned with customer operational challenges.
• Translate data center operational knowledge into AI-driven solution opportunities.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends, especially AI agents and enterprise AI applications.

2. Customer-Facing Solution Architecture

• Lead customer engagements as a solution architect and trusted advisor.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures integrating AI agents, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Present AI concepts, architectures, and value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support pre-sales, solution design workshops, and customer presentations.

3. Collaboration & Delivery

• Support solution development, proof-of-concepts, and project execution as required.
• Ensure proposed AI solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements.

 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AI, data, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, or related domains.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business requirements.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts; experience with AI agents is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in customer-facing roles and explaining complex ideas clearly.
