We are seeking experienced Relationship Managers to join our client's onshore banking team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by delivering personalised financial advisory services, leveraging a comprehensive suite of investment and wealth management solutions available in the market.
You will have a strong understanding of financial markets and be adept at identifying the needs and goals of your clients to provide tailored recommendations. Your ability to build long-term client relationships will be essential to your success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert financial advice on a wide range of products and services, including investment and wealth management solutions.
- Actively acquiring new clients through referrals, networking, and business development efforts.
- Strengthening and deepening relationships with existing clients to maximise retention and growth of assets under management (AUM).
- Maintaining strong market awareness to provide informed advice and identify opportunities for clients.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Premier Banking or a similar relationship management role; those with less experience may be considered for a junior position.
- CMFAS certifications are mandatory.
- Strong motivation with a proven sales drive and ability to meet business targets.
- Demonstrated track record in achieving consistent sales performance or the ability to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to engage with high-net-worth individuals in a professional and confident manner.
