We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Policy Servicing Associate to join our client's Insurance Operations team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in insurance administration and policy servicing, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the insurance industry.

As a Policy Servicing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end policy servicing process, including processing policy changes, managing renewals, handling customer queries, and maintaining accurate records in insurance systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of policy servicing activities and in upholding a high standard of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process policy transactions such as endorsements, renewals, terminations, and reinstatements accurately and within stipulated timelines.
  • Handle inbound service requests and coordinate with internal departments to resolve policy-related issues.
  • Verify and validate documents in accordance with company regulations and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain and update policy records accurately in policy administration systems.
  • Support regular audits and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of process documentation and standard operating procedures as needed.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely service to customers and distribution partners.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations or policy servicing roles, preferably in life or general insurance.
  • Familiarity with policy administration systems and insurance documentation processes.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the insurance industry in Singapore.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate data handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
