We are seeking a commercially driven Enterprise Sales Consultant to lead B2B sales efforts for a specialist actuarial modelling software solution within the insurance and financial services sectors. Based in Singapore, this strategic role is integral to our expansion across the APAC region and offers a salary of SGD 150,000 per year.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with deep domain knowledge of the insurance, reinsurance, or financial modelling industries. The ideal candidate will excel at navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and engaging confidently with actuarial, risk, and finance professionals, including C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end enterprise B2B sales cycles, from lead generation through to contract closure.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers across actuarial, risk, and finance functions to understand client requirements and establish solution fit.
  • Lead pricing strategy discussions and negotiate commercial and contractual terms, aligning to enterprise software standards.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product management, and professional services teams to develop tailored proposals that meet technical and business requirements.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, insurance regulatory changes, and actuarial modelling practices to ensure client relevance.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships that support customer success and renewal.
  • Travel regionally as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong track record of success in enterprise B2B software sales, preferably within the insurance, actuarial, or financial modelling sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of insurance and reinsurance operations, including key processes in life or general insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with actuarial and risk teams, as well as senior executives.
  • Expertise in commercial negotiation, contract terms, and pricing strategy within a software or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for key client engagements and presentations.
