Corporate Services Director
The Corporate Services Director joins our client’s global investor services group, leading the corporate services team responsible for client relationship management, strategic initiatives, and service delivery. This role is critical in positioning the company as a trusted partner within a collaborative and inclusive corporate culture.

Role Overview
The Corporate Services Director reports to senior leadership, overseeing a team engaged in client relationship development, strategic planning, and service excellence. Success in this role involves driving long-term client retention, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating across functions to develop bespoke approaches that leverage global resources. The director will manage proposal development, stakeholder communication, and prospect activity records, ensuring seamless internal coordination and strategic outreach.
- Lead the development of a prospect-specific value proposition that differentiates the company in a competitive market.
- Manage cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and presentations showcasing the company’s capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, aligning strategies to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date records of prospect activities and engagement through CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven success in a senior leadership role within financial services, private equity, or asset management, with a track record of strategic growth and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive business initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the financial services sector and client engagement strategies.
