Role Overview
The Relationship Manager reports to the branch or team manager and is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, sourcing new prospects, and delivering high-quality after-sales service. The role includes conducting financial analyses, developing monthly plans, and participating in marketing activities to achieve business growth. Success is measured through client acquisition, retention, and meeting sales targets.
Key Skills & Experience
- Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers.
- Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular updates and market trend analysis.
- Draw up monthly plans with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Source and call on individual prospects to generate new business.
- Manage client retention strategies and organise sales presentations for groups and organisations.
- Solicit referrals efficiently within the organisation and from external contacts.
- Ensure compliance with money laundering prevention procedures and external regulations.
Requirements
- RNF & CFMAS Certificates.
- Client acquisition experience, especially with High-Net-Worth Individuals.
- Account management experience.
- Technical knowledge of consumer banking products including Treasury, Equities, Funds, and Insurance.
- Right to work in the location specified (On-Site).
- Availability to start on 08/10/2026.
