The role involves overseeing a team of ARMs, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of commercial, risk, and collaboration targets. You will be the primary escalation point for complex issues, with a focus on maintaining risk controls and delivering strategic business solutions. This position is vital for supporting the organization’s dedication to high-quality client service and operational excellence.

Role Overview:
As a PBE Manager, you will lead and develop a team within the private banking division, focusing on delivering tailored solutions and managing client relationships. You will play a key part in executing strategic initiatives that enhance client service delivery while maintaining robust risk and control frameworks. Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency and high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Excellent understanding of the Private Bank product set including investment solutions, banking, credit, and wealth planning
• Prior experience in leadership, management, and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good working knowledge of banking and operational procedures
• Proven track record of employee development
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and procedures
• Knowledge relevant to working with high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, and family office clients

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of ARMs to achieve business targets and deliver excellent client service
• Oversee client relationships, focusing on high-net-worth and family office clients across Singapore and internationally
• Drive strategic business initiatives and ensure effective implementation
• Serve as the escalation point for complex client or operational issues
• Ensure compliance with risk and control procedures in daily operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and key stakeholders
• Support business development by understanding client needs and market trends

Requirements:
• Right to work in the designated location
• Experience in private banking or wealth management leadership roles
• Knowledge of banking operations and risk management procedures
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work onsite as required
