We are seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Sales Consultant with deep expertise in the insurance sector. Based in Singapore, this role is focused on identifying and closing enterprise-level opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and providing innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong consultative sales capabilities and a solid understanding of insurance industry trends, products, and regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and implementation of solutions. The ability to build strategic partnerships and influence key decision-makers at the executive level is key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and revenue growth in the insurance sector, focusing on enterprise clients.
- Identify prospects and develop strategic sales plans to penetrate priority accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer success and retention.
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to deliver customised proposals and solutions.
- Manage accurate forecasting and maintain all sales activity within the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' enterprise sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of insurance solutions including life, property, casualty, and reinsurance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as required within the region.
