Compliance Manager

This role involves overseeing compliance in Singapore, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements under MAS, including LFMC obligations, and managing corporate secretarial duties to support governance and compliance efforts. Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in maintaining regulatory compliance within Singapore operations, serving as the key liaison with MAS and other authorities. It also involves managing corporate secretarial functions to uphold governance standards across Singapore entities.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 8-10 years of relevant compliance experience within asset management, private equity, or financial services
• Hands-on experience with MAS regulations, particularly LFMC framework
• Understanding of Singapore corporate governance and secretarial practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all compliance matters in line with MAS regulations, especially LFMC requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Act as the primary liaison with MAS and other regulatory bodies
• Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and risk assessments
• Provide regulatory advice to internal stakeholders on Singapore compliance requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings and reporting
• Oversee corporate secretarial matters for Singapore entities
• Coordinate board meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain statutory registers
• Ensure compliance with local corporate governance and statutory requirements
• Liaise with external corporate secretarial service providers where applicable
This role is based onsite in Singapore and offers a permanent employment opportunity, with a duration of 2 years initially. The position entails a competitive monthly salary package.
