Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to relationship managers by managing administrative tasks, client data, and communication channels. The role is essential in maintaining high standards of client service and operational efficiency, enabling the relationship management team to focus on strategic client engagement.

• Experience with client data management and report preparation

• Ability to process transactions and manage routine requests
• Analytical skills for client portfolio assessment
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings (preferably SIN RM Private Bank experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update client information, manage contracts, and prepare various reports and presentations
• Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients to facilitate smooth interactions
• Process transactions, manage expense reports, and handle routine client requests
• Gather industry and market intelligence to support informed decision-making
• Analyze client data and prepare performance reports with insights for portfolio adjustments
• Manage inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and other channels
• Support with planning and executing complex client projects, managing timelines and resources
• Assist clients with product and service tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and account updates
• Guide new clients through account opening procedures and setup of online services
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns related to accounts, transactions, and fees
• Ensure confidentiality and security of client data by following strict data security protocols
Requirements:
• Right to work in the location
• Proven experience in private banking or relationship management support (specifically SIN RM Private Bank experience would be advantageous)
• On-site working environment
• Ability to commit to a 2-week period
