This is an exciting opportunity to join a prominent international consultancy firm specialising in bespoke insurance solutions for high-net-worth clients. Based in Central Singapore, you will play a vital role in the sales operations function, acting as the primary point of contact for insurers and internal sales consultants. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of insurance applications, supporting both new business and post-sale insurance servicing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance case management and a keen understanding of underwriting procedures. This role demands excellent attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of insurance applications, including pre-submission, submission, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare sales support materials such as product highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for client meetings.
- Provide end-to-end operational support for new business transactions and ongoing policy servicing.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures by verifying accuracy of documentation and filing records within the CRM system.
- Coordinate medical appointments and prepare internal Know Your Customer (KYC) documents and application forms for submission.
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance applications to various insurers.
- Monitor and manage the policy inception process to ensure smooth enforcement of new policies.
- Manage monthly reporting to banking partners in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries from insurers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Support additional tasks and undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as required by the Sales Operations department.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of case management experience dealing with high-net-worth clients, preferably within the insurance broking or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in utilising various software platforms to generate insurer illustrations.
- Thorough understanding of diverse underwriting requirements to streamline case submissions effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and operate confidently in uncertain or evolving situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across internal teams and external stakeholders.
