Director of Product Management

Role Overview
The Director of Product Management works within a team that includes GTM Product Managers and collaborates closely with sales, engineering, and executive stakeholders. This role involves defining customer needs, identifying market opportunities, and enabling complex customer solutions through clear problem statements. Success is measured by the ability to translate customer objections into meaningful input, ensure scope and pricing clarity, and drive strategic initiatives for growth in the region.

  • Lead the identification and development of expansion signals through direct customer engagement
  • Recognise patterns in buying behaviour and use cases to suggest broader market opportunities for the APJ region
  • Partner with GTM Product Management to accurately capture customer needs, adoption barriers, and market signals
  • Enable large, complex, or custom customer opportunities by translating requests into clear problem statements
  • Ensure pricing, scope, and delivery implications are explicit before commitments are made
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and executives on mergers and acquisitions relevant to the security business
  • Drive day-to-day cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, and GTM Product teams

Key Skills & Experience

  • Manage product development initiatives within cloud, compute, or adjacent infrastructure domains
  • Drive strategic growth through customer engagement and market analysis
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into actionable plans
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and customers

Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of product management experience with meaningful time spent in cloud, compute, or adjacent infrastructure domains
  • Possess the right to work on-site in the specified location
  • Be available to start on 01/09/2026
  • Able to work remotely within the employment framework
