Role Overview
The HR Officer will play a key role in executing end-to-end HR functions while supporting business needs across the organisation. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized and eager to work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding
- Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for staff queries
- Maintain and update HR records, HRIS data, and employee documentation
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives
- Assist with payroll inputs and ensure accurate processing of HR-related transactions
- Support employee engagement activities, welfare programmes, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably within the financial services industry or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak Mandarin is mandatory to liaise with Greater China counterparts.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
