The role focuses on proactively acquiring offshore new-to-bank (NTB) Premier clients across different regions such as North Asia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and ROW.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage affluent and mass market clients for Premier Banking sign-ups, leveraging leads from internal stakeholders, marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking sessions, and roadshows.
- Participate in off-office hour activities, including weekends, as required for networking events, promotional campaigns, and roadshows.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings, providing regular updates and conducting follow-up activities with target customer groups to strengthen product differentiation and competitiveness.
- Self-sufficient in generating NTB leads through internal and external channels/platforms.
Requirement
- Min 2 years of client acquisition experience in Premier Banking segment
- Establish and strengthen relationships with internal and external parties to drive referrals
- Strong self-discipline, independent and driven
- Effective in communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
