Role Overview
The Analyst, Portfolio Management reports to the Head of Portfolio Management and plays a key role in fund operations, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining fund models, preparing investor reports, and assisting with fund setup and new investments. Success relies on effective collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timelines.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Assist in the operation of assigned funds in accordance with fund documents and company policies
  • Maintain fund model with latest available information to assess portfolio returns and composition
  • Respond to investor queries
  • Prepare periodic reports for investors (including quarterly and monthly reports), and assist in cashflow forecasting at the asset/fund level
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
  • Assist in Group level reporting and compliance (non-exhaustive): Global AUM, fund and asset level operating metrics, KYC/AML, corporate deck, fund structure charts, outsourcing assessments
  • Monitor business plans and operations of assets under management
  • Assist in the setting up of new funds and investments, including compiling deal bibles

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience, preferably with investment and cash flow modelling experience and broad exposure in real estate, finance and legal
  • Excellent report writing skills, strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and keen eye for detail
  • Flexibility and a willingness to take initiative on tasks beyond the defined scope of the role are essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work and collaborate with other departments/functions, and overseas offices
  • Able to work effectively under time constraints and multi-task
  • Growth mindset and able to manage unfamiliar situations and tasks
  • Committed, resourceful, meticulous, firm and independent
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
