Job Description

We are currently searching for an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team in the Finance and Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base through recruiting and enhancing company's presence
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally

Requirements:

• Proven finance/banking sales experience
• Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
• Market knowledge and experience in the Finance field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Good to be CMFAS certified
• Local Diploma/ Local or Private Degree
