Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager oversees the development and enhancement of a critical internal enterprise platform within a technology-driven organisation. This role provides high visibility and autonomy, directly influencing strategic product direction while working closely with senior leadership.

Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the existing platform, including developing product strategies, creating roadmaps, and delivering new features. The role requires frequent engagement with stakeholders across finance, risk, compliance, and operations, translating their requirements into actionable initiatives. Success will be measured by the platform’s ability to meet evolving business needs, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value.
Key Skills & Experience
- Lead the definition and execution of product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to understand operational needs and communicate progress to senior leaders.
- Oversee product delivery from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on strategic importance and stakeholder input.
- Demonstrate proven experience owning and delivering complex enterprise or internal-facing technology products.
- Have strong capabilities in product strategy, roadmap development, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery.
- Possess good technical understanding with effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Be able to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Right to work in Singapore.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise technology products with significant ownership.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and managing internal stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance legacy platforms while balancing new development.
- Relevant experience within FinTech, financial services technology, or complex technology-driven organisations preferred.
- Experience working with internal enterprise platforms supporting business operations, risk, finance, or compliance functions.
- Experience guiding or mentoring junior product professionals is advantageous.
