After completing Law school, Vanessa transitioned into talent acquisition, where she has since partnered with top-tier banks and financial institutions across the legal, compliance, risk, and audit verticals. In her current role as Head of Corporate Functions at Gravitas, her remit has expanded to include finance, operations, and middle office support roles - further strengthening her holistic view of organisational structures within financial services.
