With extensive experience in Technology recruitment, Treasa is our Singapore Head of Technology, partnering closely with organisations ranging from high-growth start-ups to established multinational organisations. She delivers mid to senior-level talent solutions, including C-suite appointments such as CTOs and CIOs, across a broad range of specialist technology verticals: Software, Data, Infrastructure & Cloud, Cybersecurity & Technology Risk, Digital Transformation, Technology Sales, Blockchain, and Hardware Technology.
Before joining Gravitas, Treasa held senior leadership roles within established organisations, including a publicly listed consulting firm, where she built and scaled Technology recruitment functions from the ground up. Her approach is defined by strong client partnership, high performance standards, and consistent delivery.
Treasa is particularly drawn to recruitment for its parallels with entrepreneurship. She thrives on building and growing high-performing teams and is deeply motivated by forming long-term, value-driven relationships that support the success of both individuals and organisations.
Outside of work, Treasa continues to embrace her entrepreneurial mindset, having founded her own start-up and automated its processes. She also enjoys travel, cultural exploration, and time in nature, valuing experiences that inspire curiosity, balance, and personal growth.
