Charlotte Thompson

Charlotte has worked in recruitment for the last 18 years. In her previous company, she began her career as Office Junior where, through her dedication and skill, she worked her way up to a management position.

In Charlotte’s role as Contracts and Customer Care Manager, she oversees and manages the compliance and customer care team, - other responsibilities include project work, reviewing current processes, and placement approvals.

Charlotte loves recruitment as it offers great development opportunities and career progression plans. She believes that by nurturing the potential of an individual, organisations can build a great winning team. She loves that each working day is never the same, and the various challenges and great successes that come from doing the job she loves.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys socialising with family and friends, and keeping fit.
