We all have a part to play in encouraging and address DEI principles in the recruitment process, employee retention and talent management. How do we achieve this?

  • Using competency-based interviews, assessing candidates on their resilience, passion, and motivation in working towards
  • Using a Gender Decoder tool to ensure we use inclusive language in our job descriptions.
  • Educating potential candidates on DEI importance alongside our workshops and interview days.

Our Gravitas leaders are accountable in being Active Allies, pledging to be advocates in driving our DEI vision, addressing unconscious bias, being role models and supporting initiatives. They have a true belief that an inclusive workplace culture is important for an overall better future.

We continuously encourage this with training, so leaders feel confident in approaching DEI topics and conversations as they promote it internally, and externally with clients, candidates and partners.

“To be recognised by our staff as a diverse, equitable and inclusive organisation through positive action and reducing bias. To act on our crucial role in promoting diversity as a recruiter by supporting our clients, providing clear advice on a diverse recruitment process and encourage allyship across all our networks."
