This model is particularly well suited to UK public sector, housing, and higher education organisations, where outcomes often need to be defined and governed separately from headcount - as well as technology transformation projects for private sector clients.
Robust delivery processes, built around your project
Our delivery process runs through four clear stages - pre-engagement, initiation, delivery, and closure - each governed by pre-determined "gates" that must be signed off before work moves forward. This includes appointing a Project Board with the right stakeholders from both sides and creating a Project Initiation Document (PID) to set a strong foundation from day one.
Our Delivery Process
Our delivery framework runs through four stages: pre-engagement, initiation, delivery, and closure.
Pre-engagement
We consult on objectives, costs, and the SOW agreement, then set up the project and allocate an expert team. This includes creating the Project Initiation Document (PID) and appointing the Project Board, which brings together stakeholders from both sides.
Delivery
Work is assigned, risk is monitored, and progress is reported continually. At each stage, we produce an assessment for the Project Board to review before the project continues.
How 'gates' work
Progress at each stage is governed through pre-determined "gates" - milestones that must be signed off before moving forward.
Initiation
We agree boundaries and checkpoints for reviewing performance and progress, giving you approval points before moving to delivery.
Closure
We work through a series of checks, confirm approvals, then share recommendations for future improvements and lessons learned.
