A leading Digital Asset Management firm is seeking a skilled CRM Director to lead efforts in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Design and execute CRM strategies to optimize customer interactions. * Develop and maintain customer segmentation models for personalized communication. * Implement and manage CRM software to improve efficiency. * Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals. * Create targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and communication materials. * Monitor and report on KPIs related to customer engagement and satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant insights to enhance strategies.
