Premier Onshore/ Offshore Relationship Manager

We work with internationally and globally known banks located in Singapore and we are looking for BANKERS of different calibres:

1. Private Bankers (>8 years in the Private or Premier/Priority Private platform) - Onshore and Offshore
2. Senior Relationship Managers (>5 years experience total in the Premier/ Priority platform) - Onshore and Offshore
3. Junior Relationship Managers (>2 years experience in general) - Onshore
4. Mid Career Switchers looking to transit into the banking/ finance industry
5. Mass bankers (>1.5 years experience in the Mass Banking platform) - Onshore

Job Purpose

• Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the mass, affluent or High-Net-Worth Clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage portfolio of local customers efficiently and accurately and aim to maximize the profitability of the overall portfolio by identifying and providing financial solutions.
• Focus on higher segments and be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored financial solutions and services.
• To actively acquire and grow your Assets Under Management (AUM) either through working with internal departments or active referral opportunities and manage anti-attrition.
• To ensure compliance with all rules set by the bank and external regulatory authorities and comply with all AML regulations.
