Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technology and business product owners to shape project requirements and solutions, and oversee solution delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into application features.
  • Work with business analysts to suggest updates to core systems for the development team.
  • Partner with IT professionals to define specifications for new applications and develop user stories.
  • Assess existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features.
  • Create technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs and libraries.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to programs, systems, and processes.
  • Prepare technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in oracle software development, with around 1 year of team leadership experience being advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database concepts, including data modeling, normalization, and querying.
  • Extensive experience with financial systems, particularly SAP.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS.
