Our client, a leading global life insurer, is seeking talented Business Analysts to join their dynamic Product Implementation team on a 1-year contract basis (convertible!). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the launch and enhancement of life insurance products, with a strong potential for conversion to a permanent role for exceptional performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate communication and coordination across key stakeholders including IT and product development teams to ensure seamless product launches and enhancements.
  • Requirement Gathering: Oversee the collection and documentation of user requirements to guide effective system development.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing to ensure successful product implementation.
  • System Migration Projects: Participate in system migration projects, ensuring the seamless integration of data from legacy software to new platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, specifically in life product implementation/business analyst.
  • Product Launch Expertise: Proven experience in launching life insurance products.
  • Testing Proficiency: Extensive experience in UAT and system testing.
  • Flexibility: Candidates with shorter notice periods are preferred for smoother onboarding and integration.
