Telemarketing Manager (Insurance)

Our client is ranked as one of the top global non-life insurance group with presence in over 50 countries. Key Responsibilities

The role of the incumbent will include:

• Create and execute successful telemarketing sales strategies in line with the company's goals and targets
• Involve in the recruitment, coaching, and supervision of telesales consultants.
• Monitor telesales consultants' performance and establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales target.
• Design sales scripts for the company's products and promotions
• Perform quality assurance including call monitoring, call assessment, and one-to-one mentoring to review Telesales consultants' performance, call quality, and compliance to standards.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
• Make sure that all transactions is conducted in accordance with the Company's service and underwriting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Local diploma/degree holders
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in telemarketing setting
• MUST have BCP, PGI and HI certificate
• ONLY Singaporeans/PRs will be considered
