About Our Client

The company was launched to provide international health insurance to companies and their employees, as well as global private medical insurance to individuals. Our client is one of the world's largest health services companies who has served over 94 million customers in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. Working with over 38,000 global professionals, you will be in the company of some of the industry's most driven individuals.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Data driven and possess problem solving skills
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic computer and Microsoft application skills
  • Experience in telemarketing insurance sales, ideally in a non-advised sales process
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in health industry, insurance background or outbound sales background

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all customer inbound & Internet enquiries relating to eligibility, plan benefit coverage, policy terms and conditions and strive for first call resolution
  • Achieve sales targets pre-determined by management
  • Adhere to regulatory targets within our territorial limits
  • Interface effectively with internal colleagues, the client management team, the medical team staff etc. to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and files as required
  • Actively support other team members and the achievement of team objectives
  • Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to Team Leader
