What we are looking for?

• An Internal recruitment partner with experience in recruitment and capable of leveraging different sources to attract the best talents to our business

• A person who demonstrates the companies four core values of Respect, Integrity, Passion and Excellence.

• An independent person able to strategize and develop a Talent acquisition plan

• Strong emphasis on sales with confidence in all aspects of a candidate driven recruitment lifecycle including; head hunting, introduction, rapport building, candidate acquisition, negotiation and candidate management

• Ability to communicate and work closely with senior stakeholders

• Ability to sell the benefits to clients and in-turn create effective and efficient recruitment processes within candidate driven verticals.

• Someone that is not afraid to come out of their comfort zone to break through personal barriers and any potential glass ceilings they have created.
