Senior UX/UI Designer (International Bank)
Job Responsibilities:
* Adhere to specific UX/UI design principles for the company's CRM product through desktop and mobile channels
* Perform UX research, UX/UI design, formulate DesignOps strategies etc
* Ensure regular conduction of user research, prototyping, and usability tests are integrated into the design project from start to end
* Collaborate with the engineering team effectively in an end-to-end design process
* Communicate with various teams within different departments in understanding their day-to-day, to better create designs that are more catered to each of their business needs
* Create engagement with stakeholders through the creation of design material - e.g. marketing materials, e-mail broadcasts, promotional videos
* Take part in the company designers' communities of practice to keep up with the most recent UI/UX trends and standards
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and display of case studies
* Possess a degree in Design - e.g. product, graphic, or communications design etc
* Experience in managing digital products which includes the incorporation of research data (both quantitative & qualitative) to build prototypes, wireframes, and UI
* Experience with designing products across desktop & mobile channels and working with vendor products
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in working in a global role, and is able to blend well in a culturally-diverse environment
* Utilisation of design standard tools - e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe, and others
* Experience with implementing Scrum and Agile methodologies
