Leading global financial group offering Market Making, Execution and Clearing services to Institutional clients for cross asset class products. Backed by years of expertise and market leading technology platform they are seeing ongoing growth across APAC from their Asian HQ in Singapore. This is an exciting and unique role that would heavily develop a dynamic project orientated change and transformation specialist. Due to this growth, this role will ultimately support ongoing growth from an operational/strategic perspective directly supporting the COO in a number of business critical projects Role * The role is a combination of an Operational oversight, strategy planning, project management, Senior stakeholder management across all functions, Internal communications on change. * Working in a small team in SG but also alongside global teams globally Projects that the person will be involved with: * Clearing memberships analysis and execution. * Able to develop proportionate revenue models * Reviewing market footprint * Help develop business strategies for New Business Areas across SE Asia, North Asia including South Korea, Japan and China * Internal communications with key stakeholders * Other projects:- Carbon origination reviews, Japanese power industry research, PnL analysis of companies Individual Requirements * Education from a prestigious university with ideally a numerical background * 5-10 years experience working within the banking financial services industry * Familiar with Project Management methodologies. * Experience liaising with senior key stakeholders (C-Suite) * Deck creation familiarity * Ideally finance/banking COO Office project experience. * Solid understanding of cross financial products and familiarity working with heads of financial desks. Any consultancy experience considered. * Driven Character driven on constant change. * Chinese language great plus but not necessary * Singaporean/PR candidates only.
