Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that payments for client accounts are prepared and paid for in a timely manner
- Perform bank reconciliation and liaise with banks when necessary
- Support Account Managers with client account management mattes such as month-end accounts and external annual audits
- Data entry for MAS Surveys, GST and other external reporting
Key requirements:
- 4+ years of administrative experience for account managers required
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines
