Due to unprecedented growth during 2021 & 2022 and a stellar performance over the last few months - a superb opportunity has arisen to join our Global Finance team, with a position open in Singapore. With exciting strategy in place to grow the business further, you will ensure cash flow remains consistent and targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to be part of a growing team of professionals and will be involved in a wide variety of tasks and projects, including but not limited to:

Accounts Receivable - Duties

• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Assisting with credit control duties
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Other ad hoc duties to support the Finance team

Accounts Receivable - Qualifications, requirements, and skills

• Minimum 2 years-experience in Accounts Receivable
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Oracle NetSuite Financials and/or Bullhorn CRM highly beneficial
• Attention to detail of a very high standard
• An ability to work independently
• The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with others
